Thank you for shopping with us. As a drop-shipping business, our products are sourced from international suppliers, and we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
This policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
- After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
3. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Minor variations in color/size due to screen differences
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
a) Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof
Once approved, we will:
- Issue a full refund, OR
- Send a replacement at no extra cost
b) Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide proof (photos)
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
c) Items Not Received (Lost Orders)
If your order does not arrive within:
- 30–45 business days (depending on location)
You are eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- A reshipment
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Return Process
In most cases, returns are not required due to high international shipping costs.
If a return is necessary:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We will provide the return address after approval

We replace items only if they are:
